Yes, you do need to be careful for a few miles on new rubber. Have you got any real before-and-after data on the bike or is it just a seat of the pants feeling?

It's all relative Smooth, you get used to the power and it starts feeling more normal or 'slow'. You want to find out for sure, go run against a run-of-the-mill liter bike. After you wax him you will realize the power is still there!

That being said, what was your mods before the current round? If you went from bone stock to all the listed mods you should have felt a significant increase in power at all rpms.

Smooth- If in fact you have the "Flys in Map" loaded, this will surely point to a different performance reaction. When I did my mods(same as your besides the 16t and pipercross air filter) I loaded the Maxxon Map and I wasn't totally impressed with the low end power but then I loaded the TRack map-no flies-baffle installed and it was a major difference from even the Maxxon Map.

You will only feel the flys out difference below 5000 rpm. That's the whole idea behind removing them, it's a real difference you can't miss. When you rev it the difference will be down to the pipe. PC map effects both. If it's a decent map it will straighten out the low rpm dog-leg in the power curve and get the best at max rpm.

bob it hauls ass,,maybe its the difference in the power curve because of the pipe,,its an 08 ,so it came on about 4000, not at 5000 or 6000,,,like 06s,,,the power in the low end doesnt seem like it has changed a bit,,after 6000 it really hauls ass,,but u see,, with flys in,,when it came on,,it had that burst of power,,n now with the flies out it doesnt have that burst of power like that,,,u know what u mean,,,superman t, it might be a flies in map,,i think i got the speedohealer adjusted,,,,i will have try it again,,oh,,n the 2 fan set up works well,,when the fan comes on,,i turn on my second fan,,n it cools down,n the first fan turns off,,the way it was,,the first fan would just keep running,n the bike would continue to get hotter if u were stopped,,at a dead stop my fjr 1300 fans will turn on n off till it runs out of gas,,but the kawasaki wont do that,,the fan just continues to run at a dead stop, n it continues to get hotter,,i hope i have good luck with brock getting a good map,,i called there to exchange the pipercross filter for a bmc,n EJ said he would charge a restock fee,,i thought that was chicken shit,,after spending 17 hundred dollar on parts from there,,,THANX FOR YOUR INSIGHT N SUPPORT GUYS

I get what you're saying, just hauls all the way through instead of feeling the step in power. Surely that's a good thing?

My bikes fan rarely comes on since I fitted the TiForce exhaust system.

While you are buying, how about buying a vowel to go with all those comma's Smooth. Didn't think it was possible to be a stutterer online.
