I'm 280lbs.
I sport JR Speedmaster size 52. You should get 54 or 56.
Pants, get custom probably. I wear a 2piece JR GPX-Type R suit, but the jacket got too tight, so I wear the pants zipped to the speedmaster jacket now.

Newenough.com has all kinds of goodies for the bigger guys. I street ride with a couple of different Icon jackets and a Joe Rocket textile jacket and Drag race in a Bates custom suit
