Made it on the track web site

Well the good news is I made the web site at my local track...... they do a 100MPH club and I was able to top the list doing my practice runs for land speed racing..... the great news is that the track is supposed to open this weekend - hopefully the VRod will be ready as the ZX14 is away getting a few more ponies added to the stable......

Assist needed: EDIT- I GOT IT....Link below.....

What kind of times does your vrod run, and what is done to it? I've never got to see one with a good rider run at the track. There was a vrod out at the track last year but the rider wasn't too great so the 109 made light work of it. My guess is that it should have been a really good race. The bone stock 109 was turned 7.54 at 96mph or something like that.

Halvefast,
I am planning on running Maxton in Sept and oct. Texas is just too far from PA. I would like to run a smooth track - but that wind down there seems to be a real challange. We will see how the mods being done with Quantum work out and if they can get me to that magic 200 that you have been able to achieve....

Bawls,
10.90@120 and 6.90 at 100MPH on the VRod. The VRod is quite capable in bracket racing - very consistent and you could launch it on wet gress....... a very balanced track set-up - long, low, and mild on the HP. I am trying to make mine as precise as the drag bikes - we will see how that works out. My 14 program is aimed strictly at speed - I am a virtual bye-run when I race it..... now on the VRod - we have a fighting chance. I am looking forward to getting back to the track. How is the 109 for racing - I have never seen one at the track but I understand they are a very nice, high performance cruiser - and track worthy....

you never did say what mods you have done. I know for a fact that it's not stock if it's running those kind of times. Is that with spray?
