15mm risers

So, I found these risers. Not brand name Heli-bars, but risers. What do you all think about these http://projektd.com/product_info.php?cPath=26_30_33&products_id=33 ?

Would 15mm make much of a difference? Is there any negative side effects from installing these?

Thanks for any advice.

The Heli Risers are good. They have the max amount of lift you can get without the brake fluid container running into the windshield. As for the offset, well that is just a function of the rake angle of the forks. Any raising of the bars is naturally going to supply a small amount of rearward offset. The 15mm risers would also have offset to the rear. The risers fit all 14's so you do not need to worry about the model year.

I wonder if it's much improvement being only 3/4" total. The zx10 and others are doing 2"-2 1/4" taller. :

Makes HUGE difference for me. I use the Helibar's myself -- cheap and well built. I'm 6'2" @220

It's a huge difference. 2 1/2" risers on a 14 would be hitting the windshield. Small changes in geometry have big effects on comfort and handling.
