power commander
hey guys have a question about the pc3r i at one time had the table for the fuel and ignition tables , but now the fuel table is the only table that comes up on the lap top . what have i done to lose the table? any help would be appreciated thanks

That was the PCIII, non-USB version I believe.

There is no ignition table for the PC3USB; you need the hub for that.

Not true, there is a ignition table on the PC3USB and you don't need the hub to see it, you just need to put the PC in advance mode and the screen will display fuel/ignition table at the top and you click on which one you want to view.

No you cant adjust it but you can view it

Only after you buy the ignition module and load the software for it. The ignition module improves the lowend and throttle response a noticeable amount, about half the gain of removing the flies, dyno showed about 6hp and 10 ft lbs @ 3,000 rpm gian over just flies out, it really cleans the throttle respone up.

Open the PC program, click on Environment Options, make sure 'view ignition tables....' is checked off.
This will allow you to view ignition tables without the PC hooked up to the laptop.

blackmagic are you saying you cannot change timing with the power commander? i'm not sure that is correct of course you may be correct but if you can change fuel why not timing/

The PC is for tuning fuel only, you have to buy the ignition module and plug it into the PC to change timing.

PC3R's(Timing & Fuel) don't exist anymore. Dynojet figured out that they can make you buy their pc, the hub and ignition module...the word MONOPOLY comes to mind. Rumor has it that MSD is is still working on a complete module that will do timing, fuel, shift light, launch limiter via timing and possibly more. There are 14s out there with MSD proto-types.

thanks guys just talked to nos 1290 and he explained how we've been roped by dynojet it's sad . but now the advance rotor by muzzy seems reasonable and even worth the money now, feel like i'm screwed either way
