Depends on your definition of "best."
Click on the SPONSERS button at the top of the page.
Muzzys has nice inexpensive non-adjustable links that will do the job.
Brocks has a super-elegant solution for moving back and forth to different drops easily that comes with a higher price tag.
____________
You only need two tools: WD-40 and Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.

I am looking for something thats funtional at the track but can be easily put back in street mode if needed. I bought the Spencer links with the kickstand that seemed to be the links of choice, we will see, thanks for the response though

spencer links,
if also using the adams straight rocker arm, withe extended wheelbase, you will need the shorter busa spenser links, or naarden zx14 links.
For an extra few $$$$ the threaded versions are always better than 3 hole links.
threaded advantages are infinate adjustability, allowing U to alter steering geometrey angles by raising and lowing the rear, which will allow you to set the bike up for good handling.
Also 3 hole links require the rear of the bike to be suspended under the frame, to change positions, whereas threaded allows you to do it without suspending the bike.
Works great to set up transfer for drag racing and street traction, as well as for setting the bike up for good cornering manners, quickly and easilly, anywhere.
