Anyone have a contact number for SpencerCycle? The 800 number on the website seems to have been disconnected.

Good news guys! Just got off the phone with Doug and both phone numbers are back up and working. They were in the process of changing phone carriers and the switch over was supposed to be done last night but they did it this morning and that is why the phone system was down. Everything is back to normal!!

I agree BlackMagic! Doug's customer service is outstanding which is why I have been a loyal customer for years!

I wish doug sold every aftermarket part on the market. I do a lot of business with spencer cycles and doug himself has answered the phone almost everytime i have called. We had a mix up on a set of lower links one time and doug answered the phone on saturday when he was closed but was there working on his stuff, and made it wright even tho it was my parts girls mistake! Hows that for Customer service. Im with red1 on this one, I also am a loyal customer. Sorry for going long but we all no what customer service is turning into anymore, So i will let all know when im treated decently. bill.....

His customer service is right on par with Brocks. I've been treated really well by Doug or the other fellas--- that have helped me more than once.
