ZZR1400 169.8ps/14.5kg-m

I have seen a few Dyno's that indicate 169 RWHP for the 08 14...so, is the Busa more powerful, or are the ZX14 numbers low? RG had his ZX14 well into the 180's with nothing more than a few runs. Maybe the Suz is a ringer...

169 sounds about right, for some reason the Kaiw is tuned like ass from the factory. Right off the showroom floor for the first 1000 miles the busa is faster and more powerfull. I am still talking with my tuner about why, he has an 08 14 at the shop right now and he aint seeing no where near 180 but he aint got a PC yet either I am taking mine down there tommorrow to see if it will work I think it will. He says looking at the bottom half of the torque curve and applying the usual pattern that a ZX14 follows through the curve the 08 should make just as much if not more power then the 08 busa when properly tuned. He still thinks there is a trigger in the ECU that alters the A/F untill break in is finished. I know Brock said Kawi denied this but would they admit it if it were true?? But the fact of the matter may be the Busa may be a more powerfull bike STOCK, but either way it wont be by much and will probably vary from bike to bike

I don't believe the ecu will change after break in miles, it's just going to take a pwr commander to fix the air fuel ratio.
