The next time I spend the day having my suspension done I'm bringing a REAL camera! With the folks you know and hangouts we hit I'd have taken a whole lot more pics!

Great Pics,
Steve you should not rub in the Temps too much, I suspect were going to freeze our a$$es off Wed and Thurs....How the hell does 32 degrees make it to Orlando/Tampa. After riding these roads for the past year let me make mention that when it's 32 in Orlando it will be in the mid 20's in Polk County. Typically it's about 5-7 degrees F cooler in those lower areas. Getting ready for Winter

In Tampa we're still going to have perfect riding weather in the day except one day. Here is our upcoming forecast

Iam so jealous, my bike is on the lift and that is where it will remain for a few more months. Northern Indiana has some pretty brutal winters. About the only ones to have it worse than us is the folks up in da UP A'. Of course they are getting their fix with snomobiles right now.

Kinetic Motorsports in Hudson, FL. The guy was named Chad. He measured travel and sag. He checked rebound and damping with and without the rider on the bike. He used measuring tape and he worked the suspension vigorously to judge its operation. He really balanced my front and rear settings for much improved overall handling. He adjusted the throttle cables, air pressure in tires and discussed my riding habits and needs for the street and strip. He charged me $45 for spending almost an hour tweaking my bike. He says with further feedback we can make further adjustments. The guy has a ton of racing background and the session was very informative. I had made previous adjustments with a friend of mine that has experience with suspension and some of them were in the right direction some had gone too far. I had the front end too stiff and the back end needed some tweaking too. That said he mentioned that this was a baseline and a full adjustment would mean changing springs and possibly other suspension goodies. You know you can spend as much as you want to, but he really improved my setup with stock components. I am 6'2" and 260lbs. I highly recommend these guys, Steve's R1 responded very favorably to his adjustments as well, day and night difference.

Wow....super cool, it's looks like that was money well spent. I travel vigorously and looking to start the enhancements on my bike. Beleive it or not, I still got my Zx stock. I just got a Smeg and waiting for HPC to ceramic coat it Black. I had mentioned to Steve on a different forum that I wanted to hook up with you guys and go for a spin. Unfortunately it may be some time before I will return. Ride safe and good information on this forum, thanks!

Hi, I've been steadily posting rides for quite some time. Hope you can make one soon. If nothing else, this one should be a blast, I'm taking a few vacation days over it and traveling from Fl.

Thanks Steve, and you know if I had not gone into work today I would have. My boss lost a key guy at the shop and he has been picking up the slack. He asked me to get some drawings/work done for him New Years day, I'm a company man what can I say. Dress warm it's one of those days that start off nice and just become chap-stick cold by 5 PM. I'll be with you in sprit.
