You can lower the bike and ride two up w/o problems.
My wife and ride (highway) quite often. I am at the lowest setting on the links and have it
lowered thru the forks. Gotta be careful an watch for bump as you would with other settings.
She no more than 125 and I am 190. Stiffen the shock up some. I still even have my original oil drain plug.

I'm gonna order a 10.7KG/MM rear spring.
did you do anything to the forks??

I have the strap kit on the front, just cinch it down when I get to the track.
I can't remember which spring I went with initially, but I did get a heavier one after I extended it 9 in. Race-tech has the 'calculator' on their site too. Sorry I can't be of more help, but my bikes in the garage about 3000 miles from here.
I HIGHLY recommend getting an adjustable kickstand if you plan on lowering and raising fairly often. It comes in real handy when compared to other methods of keeping the bike with the correct lean on the kickstand. Bought mine thru Spencers.
