Brakes

Need front brake pads. Thinking about going ebc. Just for regular riding.

Any suggestions (website, brand, part# etc.)?

yes. BUT: the 14 brakes are so good stock, and those pads are such a big improvement OVER stock, that you actually might end up with brakes that are too grippy for everyday riding. You must find someone who has tried them before if you dont want to waste the money. I've been trying to find someone here who has them but no one has come forward. If you want a bit better brake feel but dont need the extra grip (especially in the rain, dont pull a Worm), I highly recommend braided brake lines. they give you slightly less effort on the lever, less lever travel, and way better brake feedback.

Lines and dunlopad HH pads on zx14.

Not sure about the streetbikes, but on my motocross machines as the magazine comparisons had stated, the dunlopads were the most powerful pads I have ever ran.

With stock geometry they work awesome, when I had the rear lowered more than the frt, it had a tendency to lock the frt tire up under panic stops, due to lack of weight transfer.

A cage cut me off one time when I was travelling about 70 mph, and I momentarilly locked the frt tire! LOL
Good thing I was on my game!
