Hmm. 30% more power seems kinda low, must be either a really restrictive routing for the air or whatever they use to drive it cant support a larger/higher psi compressor. Tempting because of the zero lag of a supercharger, but bikes run at such high rpms Im not sure it would be that different. You turbo guys can tell me: is there appreciable lag getting on the gas when, say, coming out of a corner? Looks pretty cool though!

The bike TTS fitted the supercharger to is our bike and it's for sale in the GT Motorcycles showroom. (This is not an advert). TTS wanted to try their supercharger expertise on a 1400 and we provided the bike. It's not running very high pressure or making huge peak power, if you want that then get a Turbo, but it is a great road bike. Off the line it just hauls from virtually tickover, no power band or lag. Richard Albans at TTS has produced a bike that is great to ride in the real world.

I wonder how easily this would fit the Concours 14? It might even fit under the larger bodywork. Wouldn't that be a great sport tourer?!

"Concourse 14SC" got a nice ring to it, doesnt it? That Connie has enough torque as it is, though! Can you imagine flies out, supercharged Connie roasting it's tire from a 2nd gear 4000rpm roll? Damn that would leave a smile as wide as the grand canyon on my face!
