http://s157.photobucket.com/albums/t58/busajack/?action=view&current=1175980906.pbw Steve,no theres a quarter inch of ice on our streets here.Probably wont be able to pick it up till Wensday. Driving me nuts but studying the owners manual till I know it by heart. And making my aftermarket list..Any recomendations on the rear lowering links??Any one have the roaring toys links, they look the least expensive.I use to use Schnitz but they seem to be the most expensive. Dubious, got the info.on the clip ons.It seems like everything I do needs changes and mods so I just might go with them..If you can build it with a chain saw and file I can do it..TeHe Steve, your in florida EH. I hate you. Just kidden, really like your R1 and that music on your my space.Dynomite.

So buy the bike and come down and ride with us!!! ...... Seriously a large group of us will be at Daytona bike week end of Feb.

You'll really hate me, here is today's weather we've been riding in. Really nice, but a little warm for leathers:

...mr Kyle Woods.

Sweet Rocket, I'm eying that for my next bike.

Like was mentioned, there is a superbike bar conversion kit available for the ZX-14 from Speiglerusa.com, the LSL Handlebar riser kit. One step closer to streetfighterin' it.

busajack.........nice bikes.......... I'm sure you have read this article, but just in case, here is a link or two. A friend of mine lives in Rapid City, SD ( several friends actually ) and has ridden the turbo Rocket III and owns a turbo V-Rod and a couple turbo Yamaha snowmobiles built by this engineer. He said the Rocket is just that......a rocket............ Totally streetable but VERY quick, 200+ hp and a TON of torque............ Anyway.........his kits are very nice.........would be a nice touch to your already beautiful Triumph.

A quote from that article..............

Quote:
"Running just 8 psi of boost on standard pump gas, this Rocket III routes 202.8 horses to its rear tire along with 215 pound-feet of torque. "

Yaha finally got it home, look at that mileage. They just through rocks and salt all over the roads here so I brought It home on a trailer. Gona sleep with it tonight..HeHe I know the picts. suck but the sun hasn't been out here for 3 days. Shut up Steve TEhE.When summer comes we can run across this state at 150 all the way for over 300 miles and not hit water. No Hy Patrol in the whole state from 12 PM to 7 am..But it aint summer now BAWWW. Thats ok, Ive got a lot to do to it till then..How low can I go with that oil drain plug where it is??And is the side stand any problem. The Busa would fall over if the stand wasnt totally fwd and there was a mod for it.. Oh,Fastest 14, the Rocket Is an 05 just the standard cheapy $14.995. They have a tourer now for $16.200 that makes a 22.000 dollar Hardly look stupid..Bang for the buck and the most power of any cruiser made.. Bigtdt that was a Bultaco in the air and the spokes would pull of the hubs after about 20 or so jumps but what a light boondocker.. War Bird, yes the rocket owners are familiar with those blowers but the cost is just prohibitive for most people. I can turbo my little honda civic for 3500 but kits for bikes are nuts. The ITT kit is about 7000 all totaled for the rocket..The rocket only has 8. something to one compression so its perfect for a blower or turbo. When more Rockets are sold the price will come down..
