OK video. Sad they had to speed up the video to show a decent turning speed and stop time. Also they didn't lean the bike.

OK, I sit corrected..................
Not a great video, but an informative one, especially the 1/4 mile info.
Strapped and lowered ONLY on a track that gains 80 feet of elevation by the end of the quarter-mile. The runs were made with a density altitude of 3200+ feet, with sustained 12 mph direct headwind.
It took just 9.676 seconds (144.12 mph) for the sleek Ninja to go from a dead stop through a quarter of a mile. Corrected for weather and altitude, as virtually all magazines do, the ET works out to about a 9.4-second pass at 148 mph.

lucky I wasn't saying bad video by any means. I wasn't attentive to the quarter mile portion because I'm into a bike's handling regarding turning speeds and braking distances. So when that portion of the video was speeded up combined with the fact they leaned the bike over less than half of what most of us do in the twisties, I unfairly judged the whole video as "OK".........my bad

Steve, I agree.
That is one thing I hate about chase scenes in movies where the cars or bikes are doing 30 but they speed it up to look like a 100 - no lean through the corners, but they are FLYING!
What's amazing is when they do that on WET STREETS!
I hope people noticed the writeup, especially on Page 2.

Other than the teaser from Brock, and the teaser on dragbike.com, this is the only one of those "peeps" that actually REPORTED in-depth on what went on there.........
Thus the term "scoop"
Other than that, still ................... waiting, waiting, waiting........................................
