I do circuit training and no french fries or sweets... But if you want to lose weight really quick go to a local gym find the most bowed up guy there and ask him if he can get you some Clenbuterol easiest way to burn fat you will ever find (it is illegal)

Me too, 6' 2" and 210+. I used to dream of being 200lbs when I was 21yrs old, now at 33, I dream of being 185!!!

Ok, I cycled clen in the early summer....3 or 4 50mcg (micro gram) tabs a day...some guys do the pump.
You sure get jittery on clen, then about 2 weeks later it hasn't much affect. I was in the gym every other night.
I lasted about 10 weeks....had all 4 wisdom teeth yanked and haven't been back in the gym since (we have a nice gym in the condo).

I am not sure how well it all works....
I also took the Thermo Boost (3 of them) 1 hour before my workout. I think it made me not so lazy...damn I am F-in lazy.

I'm 6'3" and was 265, I'm now 240 shooting for 230. I'd say it's a stretch but I'm going for it. Just eating better. It took about three months to get where I am. Some say the slow way is the best way, one or two lbs. a week.

Slow is the best. I love drinking liqour and beer though, and you can't do that and lose weight. I enjoy it, so I just work out and still drink when I want. Lifes too short not to live how you want.

By the end of race season i was 228 and i'm only 5'10. I havent been under 200 pounds since i was 15. I done 3 years of advanced weight training in school and packed on some muscle....now it's ten years later and the muscle is gone and replaced with a pot belly. I get the whole "you can't weigh that much" speech when i tell people how much i weigh because i dont look it. I'm shooting for 185 for the start of next race season but probaly be more likely 190-195. I started back at the gym again running 3 miles 3 nights a week and doing a few extra things in between. I'm watching what i eat and totally cut out my soda intake...."which i'm really proud of"....i lost 8 pounds in the first week and a half, just by not drinking coke. I'm up to almost 1 gallon of water a day and lots of apple juice to keep the system clean...lol I never cared how much i weighed as long as i didnt look bad...now i have to watch because the bike sure notices how much i weigh.

lots of cardio and watch your meals....cut out your sweets. start off by cutting your meals in half...literally cut everything in half and save it for later. That's a start...

Those that take THERMO BOOST, how do you take em? Like me, an hour before a workout? Or do you pop em during the days??!!
