TURBO 14?

ive seen a black turbo on the boards the guy that owns it has o skinny goofy picture of himself as the avatar,, i was wondering if anyone or if he is reading it can link me to some pics of it,, im thinging of going with a turbo project if my 12 sells shortly and was wondering if i can get hooked up with whoever did the turbo and customwork on that bike,, it is awesome and wouldnt mind entering into a bike like that!
the 12 is nice dont get me wrong but a turbo 14 has got to be better!

The turbo kit is from American Turbo Power (ATP). It's around $5500 I want to say. They're based out of Van Nuys. Bob did all the work himself. Ohlins shock in back, Ohlins forks and Carrozzeria rims...the list keeps going. Bob's a great guy.

I'm pretty sure the shop put the kit on - one of 3 I know of them doing.. He did the suspension.

Lesse, mine, Bob's, and the other guy with the black bike. Can't remember his name, but heard he sold it, and the guy that bought it has been drag racing it a bit, and running 8.50's.

Harry at ATP makes a great kit, and uses a Garrett ball bearing turbo. He also has great support, and has sold over 20 kits. Plus, Orient Express sells ATP kits, and has one on there dragbike.

It has a Mr Turbo kit! 230.157 at the Texas mile! on it's first trip out, never ridden before and the rider had never even been to a land speed event prior! XXX plating did the custom chrome and paint work! Maybe this is not the one you were talking about, but it is the only Black and chrome Turbo I have seen so far?

Thanks for the video. Does anyone know if the Muzzy turbo kit for $5000.00 is any good, or how hard is it to install ?

You can hear the tire spin through the first 3 gears. I actually short shifted second and third because of the wheel spin. It pulls like a freaking freight train, especially when the last stages of the lockup kick in. Then the front end starts to come up a few inches and just stays there. BTW, the 60' time was only in the 1.6's, which sucks.
This was my first time out on the bike with the turbo. The first video was my first full pass, the next video was my second full pass.

I hope you're just trying to be politically correct, right? lol. It's a hardly to me; therefore, it's a cruiser to me.

Yea, i was trying to be PC.

I personally think the concept that Harley has with a dragbike straight from the factory is kinda cool. The things will run into the mid 9's right out of the box. I would have made a pass on that one the day I was racing, but was having too much fun on mine.
The guy running the V-rods is a great guy, and he has 3 of them. Great big trailer, etc. I think it would be fun to run one, and I may do that someday.

The torque would have to feel awesome on the V-rod. The HD dragbike I have had a chance to ride left unreal and then kinda laid over. If it could pull like a 14 on down the track..... Guess that would be like having your cake and eating it too.

Actually, hearing the V-Rod engine spinning over 9000 rpm is pretty cool. That's about all I miss though.
