Poll Question:
Chains

Well I have 19,000 on the old 14 now and the chain is shot.. I will be replacing it with a 530 (of course) and 16/42 gears.

What brand of chain do you like...Or dislike ??

So far I am leaning toward Ek 530 ZZZ but the Rk is $30 bucks cheaper ?

TM what brand of sprockets are you going with? I'm at 13,500 and I'm interested to see what chains people like too. I'll be going vortex on the sprockets, I'm amazed at how well their stuff is working for me on the track bike. I never dreamed 520 "aluminum" sprockets would take the abuse.

Renthal... I bought them at about 5,000 mi back about a year ago. The Vortex sprockets were on B/Order and I did not want to wait. I bought a 16/ 43 and a 42.. I only changed out the rear with a 43 Alum. That sprocket has held up well for 14,000, so I have no problem with useing the 16/42 combo I have laying around.

EK drzzz 530!
I adjusted it once after 50km, and it hasn't stretched since!
Even with the 60 shot of nitrous and I run 140 links... 5" over!
Been through 14- 20 oz bottles so far.

I like it!
