Fun for a minute!!!
well, today after work i decided to pull the flies on my bike finally, i asked about a loud upper half on here before and didnt get many opinions about it, so i figured the bike just ran loud and lived with it. When i took off the side panels i looked between the frame and top of the motor and there it was! there is a electronic device, i have no clue what it does, but it is connected to each side of the head and it was off on one side. since i have never been in there before i can only assume it was like that from the factory or dealer, i hooked both sides back up,i pull the flies and load my map from power commander. i fire the bike up and it sounds so beautiful it kinda brings a tear. lol, no more chattering noise and alot less popping on the revs. so i jump on it and head down the road and let it go. i have to say this thing is amazing. couldnt believe the power difference. so i play with it for a while and it looks like rain so i head back to clean the bike up and put it away. about that time the traffic stops on the opposite side of the 2 lane road im on and here comes this jerk off on his cell in my lane headed right for me. he didnt see the cars in front of him stop and he figured it would be better to go into opposing traiffic i guess. i steer hard to the right to find myself looking at about 30 trees and a ditch and a cement drain tile. somehow i managed to keep the bike up right but bent my new front chrome wheel, got a hole in the radiator and completely destroyed my muzzy header and scratched all the lower fairings. im ok with a sore back from the sudden stop from the drain tile but the exhuast and raditor have went their last mile!! sorry to make such a long post. had to vent somewhere. all the old lady says is the famous "i told ya so" lol.....

he must have thought i went down, when i got stopped and turned around to see where he was at he was gone, the only person that asked if i was alright was the lady he almost rearended

oh, you dont even know, as soon as i seen he was gone i looked to see how bad it was leaking coolant and how smashed the exhaust was!! i was goin after him.. but when i got on it and started it i realized coolant spraying on the front tire probably wouldnt be the best thing to do a good ole rosco and the duke boys chase!!!!

yab... thare are alot of shit brains out there. i almost had a close call myself yesterday... if it wasn't for me see her pulling out of parking lot and slow down, i would have been right on his door to his suburban head on.

when i was in the garage takin the flies out she came out to see what i was doin, and i told her why i wa staking them out. to go faster!!! and shes like your gonna kill yourself on that thing. now shes really trippin out cause instead of waiting for spring for my turbo im going to pick it up this weekend!!! itll take me a while to get it mocked up and instaled but when im done ill have just a tad over what a brocks exhaust would cost me, doing all the work myself of course

Mine has been saying that about my bikes for years...
Now I just tell her I haven't bin able to succeed and I'm still tryin... LOL
I don't even bother trying to reason it...
She gets so frustrated she just leaves the garage.... LOL
