castrol r4 5w40
Guys, I use Castrol R4 5w40. Is anyone using this stuf?? Costs here in europe 21 dollar per liter....

I have used it for years. I started running it in my 2000 zx12 and have used it in everything since. I never smoked clutch plates in the 12 so that is why I stuck with it. I have ran it in everything from 40 degrees to around 100 here in northern Indiana. I switched the 14 over at 1000 miles. After 3400 miles and 80 passes at the track I had to replace the clutch pack. I figure I can live with that cosidering the first 30 passes were at stock length so I know I was sliding the clutch pretty hard.
