Everything done but one thing!
Hey guys my bike is really getting close to the way i want it, but its not quite there yet. I went to the track last week and the bike did better since i extended it but know it is bogging leaving the line! So its time for a gear change! I dont want to change the front sprocket but i do want to change the rear. So which would be better +1 or +2 in the rear? I do ride this bike on the street everyday but i am not worried about gas milage or anything like that. The best 60ft i have got so far is like 1.58-1.60 but i want what i see from most of you guys 1.4's so speak up!!! Thanks in advance!

your going to get your good 60's from your front sprocket.....it's kinda like your inital hit coming out of the hole....if ya wanna just do the back go at least 2-3 up in the back.......at least...

JD how much do you weigh?? that should be the main factor in determining your gearing

I am not a small fella! I am about 6.1" and 250lbs. I dont want to lose all my top speed though cause we have alot of fools who think runnig from 2nd to 4th gear is drag racing.
