Kawasaki Does Make a Green ZX-14
Sort of. Don't know how this escaped everyone but since last November they made available 50 sets of Kawi Green body work. Go to this link and download the November issue of Accelerate magazine. Turn to page 25. This bike looks absolutely kick ass cool in green!
It is anything but cheap but keep in mind your original complete set of body work would fetch at least a $1200 on E-bay.
For those who failed addition 101 $3463.09 for the complete set of panels and fuel tank. End up costing about as much as getting a custom paint job.
Baby wants!

Crappy paint maybe. Most decent spray jobs run about $2500. Most of the spray jobs I've seen around these parts look like Jim Bob and Cleetus got out the bomb cans .
Besides I wasn't arguing to paint or go this route. Just pointing out that it is available.

3463-1200=2263 for a green monster.
I like the 'plug-n-play' concept of the green plastics, but damn thats steep.
FWIW, the local dealership had theirs painted for approximately $1200.oo. The dealership dropped the plastics off. The paint seriously looks factory. There are good painters out there...but way more bad ones.

In my experience Factory paint isnt anything close to an good base, color, and clear that a custom painter can do. I have also seen $1500 spent on a set of plastics and win bike shows. IMO the paint was perfect too.
If it is the right painter you can get it done MUCH cheaper then factory plastics.
