Speedohealer survey

I know some have posted their speedohealer settings in previous posts, but for stock gearing where do you have your correction set at?
I just installed my speedohealer set at -10% to start. I will check with the GPS when time permits.

- 8 % stock gears new tire, to correct readings to real world 186mph/300k
-18% for real world 204 mph speed limited, knowing the speedo is reading low 10 % at all times...

I always assumed -7% to be about right but at the moment I'm running 17/40 gearing which is about 2.5% up, so I have the SH in transparent mode. Keeps me the right side of the law.

For the track I set it to "convert kph to mph" and read mph off the inner scale of the speedo while it defeats the limiter for me.

I use GPS for speed, that speedo on the 14 is way way off.

Dave this is off-topic, but if Brigitte is on the back of the bike next time you see me, her ask her how fast my GPS said we were doing as we were leaning in the off-ramp turn 275 going onto Ulmerton

Nothing like pilot powers for 2-up speed in the turns :P

I don't remember my percentage, but I set it for best compromise. From the gas station to the house it used to show 5.1 miles stock. I changed my front sprocket to a 16t and installed the SH, now it shows 4.9 miles.

i just set it to -8% seems close. the gear indicator is acting a little squirrely, sluggish. i do like the speedo to read right tho.
