I played WR in school and I remember getting my bell rung by more than a few big guys like you. A concussion or two later and believe me, I have never forgotten what it felt like to get leveled out there! You sound like a good guy and a great addition to the forum. Be safe!

Sucks dealing with the weight. 6 years ago I put on 135lbs in less than a year and a 1/2. Yo-yoed up and down 30 to 40 pounds. Still having issues keeping it off. It still comes down to stress and mindset for me. The good thing is, I don't have issues with blood pressure, heart conditions, cholesterol, or diabetes. The bad thing is that it can put you in a comfort zone.

On a lighter note, I took my bike out yesterday and decided to get into it. Believe it or not, the thing was still pulling hard at 170 when I let off!

Just in case you guys don't know, I'm 6'2", 390lbs. I would love to see how this thing will pull me at 250lbs.

It's been tough since I put on those last 124 pounds. Members of the Gay persuasion used to kick sand in my face but now I've leveled to over a sexy 390 pounds I have more self confidence and can ride 14 with authoriity and a Nicky Hayden agility. I'm close to conquering the quarter mile in under 6 seconds but I feel a 20 pound reduction will bring me to my crescendo in elaspsed time. I've tried Jenny Craig numerous times but I feel what works best for me is the two Hornidos magaritas "light". Since embarking on this celebrity proven formula I've lost two pounds over 26 weeks and I'm sure I'll reach my target weight of 335 by Christmas. Ryan and that other guy... might be black.. better watch out cause I'm a commin. If it works for Brad Pitt it sure as hell can work for me. As I tell my friends it's not the horsepower but "the motion in the seat". I have killer reflexes and could have worked for the CIA but the draggin was my callin. It's just those last 20 pounds that have over- peaked by reflexes and I need to come down to reach that proper "motion in the ocean". I beat the girls away cause it's the draggin recognition that keeps me above water and my name... in my own mind. I know there is support out there amongst the members of the "heavy 14 riders". We come, we saw, we conquored. I may not spell right but I can kick your ass in the tenth of a mile or somewhere around there. Peace brother.... And don't give me no shit cause I kick your ass--
