Anyone have the 07 Ltd Edition??
I am looking at the Ltd Edition Red with decals. Not thrilled with the fact that they are details, but dealer has had it on the floor for a long time and is willing to deal big time. We are looking to use this bike as a project bike and am concerned about the decals. I have never had a bike with decals on it before. Those of you who have have it - any issues with the decals? Peeling, discoloring, etc? If it is an issue, I will take them off and have it painted.

Ah yes. The Ronald McDonald clown bike. Take a hair dryer to it and the flames will peel off. Then have it painted Kawi green and powder coat the awful red wheels blank and you'll have a nice ride.

hey its not that bad my buddy (special ed on this board)has one. they look good in person. if i was concerned about the flames i would shoot it with some clearcoat.

eithe rshoot the flames with clear coat or peel them off, the bike looks great in person like bigdtd said. join us at QSL any Wed. if you wanna' see a few.

my white baby
I have the Ltd edition bike and I am crazy about it and the people who see her fall in love with her. I lowerd the bike and it changed the hole look .I took it to the track last week and ran some 6.50's ,beat 4 1000 suk the busa boys did not want to run they were talking about man you have your bike slam to the ground .

Hello, I have had mine since Thanksgiving and personally I had wanted that particular bike for the attention it gets and still gets. Everyone looks at it thinking its some custom so if you like a little attention get it! The decals are still there, no peeling whatso ever but I have about 50 coats of wax on them. P.S. you can't have my signature on the forum thou.
BIGDTD says "its not bad" wow ! what a compliment; but I'll take that up with him when I see him. Ride safe everyone!

No problems with my stickers after 7 months.
In 22 years of riding I've had black bikes a couple of times (it's not true what they say...once you go black there's no goin' back) I've had red, I've had red and black but never blue or white. When I saw the color choices for the 14 I chose the white I have been happy with my choice. Black is cool, red is hot, blue is...well blue but we all know that WHITE IS THE FASTEST!!!

I saw the white in person and was a bit surprised how good it looked....its kind of a pearl white...nice!!...but black is still the fastest.

After a few days I only saw one response and over 170 views so I figured it must not be a good seller. Went back to the dealer and bought the blue. Got just as good a deal $9999.00. She is in the garage now and I am very happy. Let the mods begin. Thanks guys for your input. A little sooner and I might have bought the ltd, but I am happy, no complaints.
