PSB is just like our sport, in the big picture, its small. Look at last night on TV. They have car drivers talking while the bikes go down track. They rush through the bikes. Who would want to sponsor that? You pay big bucks, to get your tiny exposure time.........,

Its VERY expensive........., it costs over 1000 dollars every time you make a pass........., and that does not count driving all over the US racing, and all the other expenses........

Thats what all have been saying, why on earth waste all that money, to show up, KNOWING, you cannot qualify, unless someone really screws up..........

It would be like one of us, taking our basic bikes, and entering Pro Street.........

They may look the same, but thats about it.........

2 valve and 4 valve are the same displacement. (Rulebook)

George is no god....

The last time you won over there wasn't it on a Harley that GEORGE ( the man that isn't a god) Bryce supplied you and Rob the motor for? Hmmmmmm ??? Yea I believe so.... And answer me this....

How hard did Ol Rob have to swallow when he made that call to George to BUY his power??? Wouldn't that be like the biggest slap in the face that a World Class Engine designer / Builder have to face?? Having to say........... " I can't do it WILL YOU SELL ME POWER so I can taste victory again "" Yes I do believe that would sting......

I haven't seen George buying power from anyone in the 20 plus years I have known him.. I suppose that puts him just a notch or TEN above ol Rob now don't it....

Trying and failing has no shame attached........... Buying power when you are a Engine Guru ( self Proclaimed or not) is nothing but sham.....

Rob Muzzy built chassis, S&S supplied engine... same engine George buys from S&S.... What do you have to say to that? I know goerge had input into the engine design... using GS Suzuki based tech (roller bearings) and transmission/clutch. But, S&S built that engine and did all of the development.

Trying and failing has no shame, but it does bring asses out of the woodwork who think they could do better... or know someone who could...

Ryan................. We all know Coby can do better.... He spanked Rob once before and damn well can do it again.. And George is spanking you now... Would you like to bet Kawasaki will unplug this project just like the 12R project far before you guys ever make the field.... OH... Tell Helen her tea pot is boiling over

And it's interesting how you seemed to down play George's involvement in that engine program.. S&S did all the development ?? Then by your own words WTF did George do? I for one have to speculate WHY THEY DIDN'T ASK ROB MUZZY for his input? Could it be .............?? Well you fill in the blanks.. And Ryan does it taste like Chocolate?? You know what I mean don't ya ??

+1 NHRA has cut almost all the classes off the TV .. Top Fuel and Funny car pays the bills , Even Pro Stock takes a back seat to them .. Years ago NHRA showed a lot of classes on TV , even the super stock classes got play ...Vance Got lots of TV time back then with his top fuel bike ..

One of the reasons for all this is NASCAR , why would you pay some to post a logo on something you only see for 6 seconds when you can stamp your logo all over a NASCAR that will be seen for 2 hours non stop .. NHRA has been dying a slow death since NASCAR has come into it's own ..

I think Muzzy has done well with his Pro Stock program with in a very short time ..I say short because it takes 3 to 4 years for Prostock cars to get up to speed and field a winning car ...It took 3 years for The Mopar team to get the new Hemi engine up to speed... It takes time and some damn deep pockets to run prostock or for that matter any top NHRA class .. Even John Force spent 20+ years chasing his dream, As John put it " I'm just an old truck driver with a race car and i got here with a little luck and a lot of hard work "

If Muzzy dropped out and sold his Prostock bike i would not blame him one bit ..He has one hell of a hill to climb .. But i will give him mad props just for trying !!!

I would be right there with you if he were only .100 behind the field or .05 would be a hell of a lot better.. BUT JESUS !!! they are .5 behind the field... What would a stock 14 motor run in a Pro Stock chassis with just minor mods?

Yeah, and years ago, how fast were the formula superbikes going , on 7 inch slicks, with big zx12 motors...........? in stock zx12 frames........

Look at Craig Trebles bracket bike, that thing runs 8.6s , and its just a bone stock busa motor with a slider, and lectrons, on c12, in a pro stock bike chassis , that basically got half built, and then was too heavy, and craig bought it.....
He buys used motors when he tears one up, and bolts it in..
