1st time 1/4mile Tsukigi Results

I finally decided to go ahead and put the Tsukigi on my bike. Since the weather has gotten warmer and I put a Busa fibers and some steels in I have not been another 9.5. My times have mainly been 9.6's and low 9.7's.

Saturday at the track with the Tsukigi (Which sounds really good). I was having trouble with keeping the front wheel on the ground so after damn near looping the bike twice I wise up and lower my launch rpms to 3000-3500, from 5000.

Ok, now I am getting out the gate with 1.60-1.62 60ft times
4.12-4.14 330ft times
6.18-6.20 1/8mile
9.51-9.55 1/4mile

I was bracket racing but when I had the opportunity to run out the back door I could only get low 9.5's @145mph. I still have to try different combinations (maps, fuels, rpms, etc...)
I am hoping to pickup at another 2.5 tenths by the end of the year. I was expecting atleast some 9.4's yesterday. If I can get my launch rpm's back up I may be alright.

I am going out again on Wed night I will relay the results and put some pic's up then.

Yeah, I tried launching mine at 4500-5000. It was in the air too much. I drop it down to 3000 and Ive been getting 1.50's 60 ft. Keep workin on it and you'll get faster on every pass.

I have never been over there on a Wed night Rick so I wouldn't know if they have any problems with you. They have a totally different attitude on Saturday's for the points.
I'll see you Wed.

Bike looks good Nelson. Since the weather has warmed up you might want to pull some fuel out in the middle & top end of your map.
