Another left turn incident.............biker is still alive, two broken legs and I am sure a pile of other injuries. The speed limit in the area is 60 kph, the bike was obviously going a bit more than that. The rider of the bike actually ended up inside the van.

Yes, the van was at fault for turning left in front of the rider, but the rider was also at fault for being way over the speed limit.

City streets are not the best place to play racer. Get out on a track or way out in the boonies if you feel the need for speed.
