best 1/4 pass?
I'm looking for some feedback on what some of you are running in the quarter.
I'm in my first year at the track and can't break a 9.65.
06 14, muzzy air shifter 7-9" extensions,power commander,flies out, hindle (Brock) Sidewinder, 1 down in the front and 3 up in back, strapped and lowered 3" and I'm about 220lbs.
Any other mods? I need to keep it streetable too.

I dont think you need that much gear. I got about the same things as you. best 9.48 on engine.

I'm 215 unsuited and have been 9.18 with Brock Smeg and 63 inches long, stock gearing.

I agree that is to much gear 16/42 should be about right? what are your short times? that doesnt sound right at all with that setup at 220 pounds with some mid 1.40 60 foot times you should be running 9.20's to 9/teens

I'm 200lbs suited and have been as quick as 9.53 with stock pipes, stock gearing, airshifter and stock wheelbase. I usually run consistent 9.6's and 9.7's especially with this air being so bad now. I believe you need to feed it more throttle. If your 330's aren't around the 3.9 to 4.0's you arent getting on the throttle fast enough.
