New ZX14.com member in Central Florida....
All:
Glad to join the forum as I plucked down the $ today for '07 14 in Blue which I will pick up on the weekend. I have read the forum for quite awhile in advance of taking the plunge with my 14 so kudos to all who have shared their setups and knowledge. I am going a somewhat different route and running a Leo Vince full system with a PCIII and eventually a K&N filter...... if they ever release one.
Looking forward to Saturday AM!!!!

Thanks dude. I have been living through you guys for the last several months while I got my ducks in a row to do the 14. I rode it in Daytona last Biketoberfest and again this year at bike week and that was it......had to get one. By the way....very cool road race pics on your Honda.

Enjoy the RIDE!!! Have had mine a week and love it. Have to ride my other bikes so they wont get jealous and knock my ZX over in the dark!

Hey join us at QSL on Wednesday nights. Its FL's biggest bike night in the state. A lot of us from here meet out there. Post up a heads up if you need directions or to see who all is going and such

Thanks for the QSL invites. Right now just slammed at work during the week so it would be tough to break away for 200 mile roundtrip ride midweek by the time I would get back to the house to fire up the scooter. Maybe later in the summer when I have some time off. Weekends are a different story, I am known to buzz over to the west coast on a good weather day just because that's bikes are for. If the weather cooperates, I will probably buzz over Saturday after I p/u the bike to check out the Sunshine deal...

welcome aboard ! you will not find better folks to hang with whether its racing or ho'in or both on the same night. steve, tony t, special ed, smokin, josh, scott, all have sweet 14's in the tampa bay area to name a few , there are many more. qsl is a great placew to meet up wed or if sat night is your thing 60 in clearwater at capognas parking lot, lots of good opportunities to ride.
you picked the best bike in the world have some fun on it.

I appreciate the warm welcome and I agreed that Florida is one of the best places to ride. Saturday nights are likely to be more doable for me since I am over near Mickey and Orlando. Clearwater is one of my favorites so I expect I will make a visit or 3 in the next few weeks/months.
Looking forward to meeting all you guys. I tend to be a "lost" road kinda of guy who "putts" around town and rides in the boonies. I prefer minimum traffic, idiots and cops so I venture out sometimes into the counties where isn't much around like, Alachua, Highlands and Desoto. Later this summer heading north to Georgia and the Carolinas. Just like the open ....empty road....
