Time to post a few new pics.

I haven't posted any pics since I got the 14, so I thought it was time to show it off a little. I just powdercoated the front and rear pegs, the shift lever, rear brake lever, and the heel guards. Painted the fork lowers too. I guess the other additions are kinda obvious.

Thanks for the pics...I was contemplating changing my heal guards to black and now that I have seen what it will look like I am deffinitely getting it done...
I thought it might be too much black (own a black 14), but now that I see it I love it even more...

It doesn't really seem to add any black. The heel guards just kinda disappear

I bought the chrome ones this time around because I'm sick of polishing. I do like that look though.

I wanted to know which brock setup you had on your zx-14. Is that the titanium version muffler or stainless steel? Just curious because it is real sweet lookin. Maybe I will make the switch on my 14. Im looking around at many different pipes and that looks clean. I in fact like it better than the street megaphone. Are the Performance gains approximately the same?

drew - the Street Meg gives only 2-3 HP more than the "canned" systems. Welcome to bikeland.

It's the titanium. Glow polished titanium, is what Brock calls it.

I do like loud but I like that look better than the street megaphone. How do you like the sound the pipe gives off? After riding for a couple of years loud does tend to get annoying. I do like deep better then buzzy. How do you like it?

I love it. Haven't heard anything I like better on the 14. It's got a great low tone to it, and isn't as loud as the Smeg. I'm not much into loud, just tone, and I don't really notice it being loud. I do wear a helmet though.
