BMC filter available in the states
I got the new Motosport (summer 2007) catalog in the mail a few days ago and it's got the BMC air filter in it for the 14. $69.99 street and $74.99 race. Thought I'd let yall know. I'll be getting me one  Quick question, will the map I'll be getting with the smeg exhaust be good to use with the street filter?

Hey, FasterthanStink. I've been out of the loop for a while. Just got back steady active for the last couple of weeks. Did you ever pick up a new 14? Sorry if that sounds like a stupid ? but, I'm just curious. If you did replace it, with what color, year?
I remember the pics you posted of the wreck & don't remember seeing pics of a "New Baby".
And to keep on topic with the thread. I went direct to BMC in italy. Paid retail & 19.00 usd shipping, but it's in transit as we speak. Should have it by 6/22.

The Kawi rep found me an exact replacement for my blue meanie. Geico was nice to me last year but took revenge this year. On my to do list is search for cheaper insurance.
I was anxious to get a BMC but the US sold ones won't be in until July. That could mean 2 weeks or 6 weeks.

i got the street filter on order, i figured it would be better than stock, and last better than the race filter. i will report when i get it.
