bolts on rear foot pegs

Does anyone know what the two hex head bolts facing rear on the rear foot pegs are for. Is there hard bags on the way ?

They are for the optional grip handle used with bikes with a centerstand installed.

The centerstand option may be part of the package containing ABS and hard luggage.

I think the grips are only on the european models. I wish I had them on my 14. Would make it easier when letting it down off the stands, give me something to hold on to. Right now I grab the rear footpeg mount.

Then just order them from your dealer. They are listed and available from Kawi.

Oh, I didn't know that. Well, now it wouldn't do any good since I removed my rear peg mounts for my homemade smeg hanger.

Kinda wish Kawasaki would make some sort of passenger grab rail's with those mounts...i know its a far reach the way its set up now...but it would be nice to have passenger grab rails on their sides instead ..would be much more comfortable for the passengers instead of a grab rail behind them.
