Not for PC111 only if you change the gear ratios

PC3=fuel mapping
speedohealer= bypass speed limiter & correct the speedometer.
TRE= opens secondary throttle plates(flies) sooner and loses the gear indicator.
to answer your question= No.

read brocks diaries, you don't ever need a tre. removing the secondary butterflies will pick up your low end without messing up your gear indicator like a tre would.
the power commander (pclll) allows you to remap the fuel in case you put a pipe on it or pull the butterflies or want to tune it better when you make changes..
the speedo healer allows you to recalibrate your speedometer so if you changed gearing or tires you could make it read accurately. it also allows you to set the speedo low so you can exceed the 186 mph limiter built in by the factory.
