Suspension Adjustments

I want to stiffen the suspension to reduce the bike sqatting as much when I hit the trhottle.

Any body have any suggestions as to how much to increase the spring tension front and rear and what about the compression and rebound dampening?

I've lowered the front and rear by ~1-1/4".

TIA

I weigh 200 geared up, cranked the preload up about 3/4 inch on the spring.
much better , less squat, but less hook up due less weight transfer

My bike was lowered 1.25 " both ends also, before adding rear preload, but will be lowering the rear more to make up for the added height from tightening the spring. back to 1.25.
should balance weight transfer, handling and on / off throttle wallow

Ohlins should be here next week, along with new fork springs ! yeah!

Who makes the oversize rear seat cowl? I have never seen one like that.

See the earlier comments on the seat storage;

I cut out the bottom of the stock storage chamber and formed a larger chamber with a foam mold and fiberglass. Then gave it to the local body shop guys to paint and clean up my mess.
