June 1 Bikeland Drag Fest at MIR!!!!
Hey, 14 folk, here's an opportunity to git after it at MIR (just outside DC)
Bikeland has taken all 25 spots at Jason Miller's Drag Racing clinic for June 1. All day, both lanes, with Jason right there to coach. Way too much fun for only $100. (crab whores are extra)
3 spots have come available. Go to the drag forum and you'll see a couple threads pinned to the top.

Folks in the DC area , there's a wonderful opportunity! Just meeting all the Bikeland folks will be awesome, and the drag-racings a major "plus"!

and CrotchRocket, I never have spent the seat time needed to learn how to launch my 14 beast on the strip, but I sure love the knee-dragging thingie on the fast tracks

What do I have to have on the bike to take part? e.g. a steering damper etc...

fas550...To participate all you need is an ignition cut off put onto the bike...Which can be made and installed for $5...Go to a locksmith and get a coil key chain, a heavy key ring...Get a small sheet metal screw and screw it into the red ignition switch connected to the coil key chain, then just connect the key chain to your gloves with the key ring...
Leathers, boots, full gloves, helmet...

any way I could get someone to loan me a bike??? I am flyin into Philadelphia early that morning I could be over there by 10 probably if anyone has a bike I can use LOL???

I already have 2 ,but they charge a little to much to put it on the plane I told them I would buy an extra plane ticket and sit the bike in the seat next to me they didnt go for that though LOL
