Need advice on painting catalyst tail

I'm stretching the 14 out 9 more inches.

Could someone give me a bit of advice on what I should expect to pay to have a Catalyst 6 inch over street tail painted to match my red. I'd like the paint to look seemless with the stock cowl installed.

thanks
jeff

Nelson, did he colormatch it, are you happy with it? Any chance he'd be willing to hook me up close to that or did you get family pricing?

Big difference in my mods, Lee. My shits in the shop and yours is on the track....whats that old saying? "A bad night at the track is better than sitting in the bleachers watching folks race because I'm a knucklehead and screwed up my oil pan which is presently in the shop getting fixed and costing me.....etc, etc, etc "

The colormatch is not dead on. Looks great in the sun but redish orange in the shade and/or when its dark. (See pic's) I really wanted it perfectly matched but for the price and the quality job he did with clearcoat. I said the hell with it and started racing. Might have it done again in the off season.

I sanded it myself and taped off the seat area where I wanted the black and red to separate.
This was a guy who lives up the street from me who just enjoys painting on the side, its not a business. Are you any where near St. Louis, MO, if so he may take care off you at a decent price.

I take my son and we take pictures, so we still have a blast.

I'm nowhere near Missouri. I've asked around a few shops today, the red will run me around $300....I'm not willing to go that high though. Thats ludicrous....for that price I could get a Muzzy ignition advancer, Raptor shift light and a Shinko U-Soft
