i sold mine for 8500 with 4000 miles on it. i had muzzy c/f and pc3 and no flies and 16/42 gear, could have sold it for 9000 if i wanted to wait longer.
u could probably get between 8000 to 8500 out of it.
the problem is the dealers making good deals on new 07 model
why are u selling it?

I live in Orlando, FL. Getting a ducati 1098, wife won't let me have two bikes(she doesn't understand)

What is a PM?

Here are some pics I took today, you may notice a blue dot on the lower faring ( the black one) it is from the camera, not on the bike.

For $1000 more and 8500miles less (Brand new) you can get a 14 off the showroom floor here in Toledo, OH for $10,500. At Honda East.

Not being a smartass, just letting you know that it isn't too much of a good deal. Sure you have an exhaust on it, but that normally doesn't make the sell. I say you should sell it for $8500 and you will be more in the norm.

Best bet would be to put the stock pipes on it and remove the P/C ... You will still 8500 for it and sell the pipe and P/C here on Bikeland ...You will get closer to your 9500 price ..

+1 OH MAN! That is a great idea right there. I would definately do that! Keep the PC for your 1098 when you get it.

Suggested Retail Value $8695 The Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value is representative of dealers' asking prices and is the starting point for negotiation between a consumer and a dealer. This Suggested Retail Value assumes that the unit has been fully reconditioned and is in excellent condition. Mileage/condition and additional equipment may have a substantial impact on the value shown above. This value also takes into account the dealers' profit, costs for advertising, sales commissions and other costs of doing business. The final sale price will likely be less depending on the unit's actual condition, popularity, type of warranty offered and local market conditions.

It seems like when ever you sell something you never get as much as you want and when you buy something you pay more than you expected. You would think by know I would have learned about setting expectations.

I don't know how valid the NADA is but their web site gives an amount between $7190 (low retail) and $9426 (high retail), and of course I think mine is better than high retail

i think 8500 is fair price for 8000 miles. if u have time put it in cycle trader, u can probably sell it for more but it takes time and right buyer.
if u want try craigslist.org and it won't cost u anything except put some pictures and update it every other day.

you always get screwed on a trade, then they sell it for top dollar
8500 to 9000 would be the range i would think for you to sell to a private buyer
