Durrani racing rims for the 14

I looked at these rims on their site. They dont look bad and for the first time their affordable. I dont know how they stack up against the other rim makers. Alot of the rims are the same style form different makers. Anyone no what the difference is between these and the other style rims besides the price. If there isnt much difference. Have a lower price would be a good move. Durraniracing.com is where you see them

I don't use hardened because I run track and not drag strip so I have no experience. I use the lightest (520 set-up). I've heard nothing but good things about their hardened except they cost some bucks.

I'm not knocking sprocket specialst but i have one of their sprockets on my bike and one of the teeth broke off and has a couple chipped. I noticed this last night. Also the teeth are slightly bent in the direction of the chain....

IMO steel sprockets or steel teeth rings are the safest for this bike. I've seen CBR1100XX's tear up Aluminum sprockets, what do you think the 14's gonna do with all the HP and TQ we have? Is the slight amount of mass reduction worth getting a chain upside your head or sending it through an engine case when the rear sprocket gets shorn from stress?

Big discussion about these rims on the ZRXOA site. New wheels, new company, new technology and no real world test as of yet.

I've been running an aluminum rear for the last 10k miles with weekly trips to the drag strip. It is holding up just fine.
