Newbie saying hi
Hi everyone! Just picked up my '07 ZX14 this past weekend. Traded in my '94 ZX11 (black). I wasn't even planning on buying a bike! I loved my ZX11. Anyway, they really offered me a deal I could not refuse so here I am........yes, it's a Special Edition. I think it's absolutely stunning looking myself. Most of you here seem to have a serious aversion to the white bike but to each his own. Kind of suprising though. We all love the ZX14 and that should be all that matters. I get a ton of looks and compliments on it. I already had the black ZX11 so I wanted something different. Anyway....cheers from Stockton, CA

Thanks! Yes, I'm at 250 miles so far. I can't believe how smooth it is. Haven't gone much above 6K though but it feels strong down low. My ZX11 was piped and yetted but never ran this smooth down low....but watch out on top! LOL! It was like a missile. I'm curious as to how big the difference will be with the 14.....I can't wait to find out.

stock , below 6000 , its a wheezer!
zx11 stock = 130 rwhp
zx14 stock = 165 rwhp, restricted power below 6000 rpm
zx14 piped + PC3 = 185 rwhp!
Looks like your in for an awakening!
Loose the flies, it gains about 30 ft/lbs at the tire, below 6000 rpm!
Loose the cats, it gains about 20-25 rwhp above 6000 rpm!

Welcome to the board, blwngtp. It doesn't matter what color you get as long as YOU like it. One thing about the white 14... it sure is different!
