Wanna ship a bike... who sells insurance to cover it?

I'd see if my normal insurer offered it as an option
(am in OZ so can't help you specifically)

I've shipped bikes with Forward air before. http://www.forwardair.com/
I haven't shipped one in a while but I have always had good luck with them. They offer insurance as well. Insurance is 1 dollar for every 100 dollars of insurance up to 30,000 dollars.
