Yeah - heard that earlier tonight. A 43 year old - driving while disqualified for the third time or something.
Didn't get to hear what his offences were though - cop chief was on the radio though saying it was a strong message to all the hoons.
Wasn't in dandenong (been years since I've been up to the dandy drags ). If you're talking about the riots a couple of months ago then most of those would have been tossers causing the problems wouldn't they? Used to be brilliant before P platers were not allowed decent cars
Ah the dandenong drags... Those where the days...
How i miss them

I'd do just as smokin said and file a complaint. He only gave you a warning because he would have looked like a total ass in front of the judge. If he'd had one reason to get you, he would have done so. Now this is a chanc to get that bastard.

No offense brother but as a former cop and I don't like cops actually lol I would have to disagree. Now if you were him and almost got clipped what would you do. File a complaint are you insane that would have just turned them on to you in the future and I could only imagine what the judge would say. You got a warning that I can't believe he's got to be pretty cool to let you go. Don't get me wrong I had 4 state police abuse me and yeah I wanted to go to internal affairs but I I know better not really worth it. I actually carry a tiny Sony voice recorder in my pocket for when a cop calls me an ass hole then in court we will see what the prosecutor says about it. Now some will jump on me saying that's not admissible but I would say fuck it I will call channel 2 and see if they want it lol. So yeah be careful man I wouldn't want you to have to live with killing someone man. But we all go a little nuts sometimes. Actually here is a ZX14 video I made that really shows how safety counts lmao............

My wife was coming home a couple of weeks ago and was going through crackville when a white unmarked Mustang pulled her over. She turned off the main street and stayed on the side street, had plenty of room for Officer Doughnut. She said she was already suspicous due to she was not speeding. He told her to pull behind the hotel into the dirt parking lot,all he was wearing was a jumpsuit type thing with a patch for a badge. She said she didn't want to pull back there that she didn't know if he was a real cop or not and felt unsafe about the whole thing.
1.Unmarked white Mustang
2.Jumpsuit-patch for badge
3.Not speeding-her story I believe her
4.Had room in the road-comfirmed by 2 other cops later
5.WOULD NOT-itentify himself
6.Crackville-and the hotel is a hooker hotel
So he proceded to yell at her until dhe would pull back there. She is 120lbs.in a new Accord wearing business attire. Not hooker gear you fuck. Writes her a ticket for speeding, she's bawling cause she is scared out of her mind, comes up to her window drops the ticket inside and takes off. She doesn't even sign it,don't have to anymore in our state. She's too shook up to drive and calls me.
Next day she calls his supervisor wanting to know what to do in that sinario next time, he continues to tell her that in the last 20 years this was the "most rediculous conversation he has had". Really she's 120 lbs. him standing ther with a gun on his hip at her eye level him yelling at her the worst area in our town and "go behind the hotel in the dirt parking lot". Fuck you to pig!
So she calls internal affairs, at my request. And speeks to a Lt. who said both of the deputies were way out of line and he would get back to her. It has been 2-3 weeks now and nothing, but they do have 3 other investigations(serious ones)going on right now.
At least wait for her to leave the parking lot. Fuck she was to shook up to drive. And for the other scum just tell her you'll take care of it, hang up and forget about it. Don't make the situation worse dumbass!
So it's not over yet.
Sorry, just had to vent a little since I have stayed out of this so far.

Never met a cop worth a shit in Chicago. I guess that's a good thing because honestly I try to stay out of trouble cause I don't know whats worse, the crackheads and drug dealers or the cops. Everyday in the newspaper there's a story of another crooked cop beating someone up or taking bribes or whatever. I not saying there aren't any good ones out there, but the majority of the ones interacting with the general public are on such a power trip that they feel they can do and say anything!

Not sure what that means. He was hiding between 2 18-wheelers. I had no way to see him until the last minute, and I really didn't pass all that close to him. He had nothing at all to bust me for.

...dude....based on your story,I'd say the cop was out of line....good call on insisting an IA on the cop...keep calling them and ask what's going on...maybe get yourself a lawyer...maybe look into civil rights violations...he didn't break any criminla laws, so he'll probably get an in-house slap on the wrist or have to work x-days without pay...the only way he'll get fired (if that's what you're looking for) is if he lies, omits, or is less than truthful about the incident any time during the investigation and is caught...good luck and my apologies to you wife on behalf of the 99% of cops out there who try to do the right thing or are doing the right thing......

I agree with you Worm and don't let it go 1BK. Demand to see the in-car video camera footage, but request it soon. It's usually only kept for a short time, but that depends on the agencies policy. If this officer primarily patrols and enforces traffic laws, then there should be an in-car system in place. Hope this helps.

didn't mean to thread jack, my apologies. But she reminded me today we haven't heard from the Lt. since the original phone call 3 weeks ago. And she has called once a week.
And I do believe ther are good ones out there, a few are my buddies. But the old saying about one bad apple goes a long ways.
