loosen the nut and tap it in .The side where the allen head is fits into a piece that tightens against the frame in a reverse rotation. This bolt you are trying to remove has a hexagon inner piece that fits into the inside adjuster.Hard for me to explain, just loosen or remove the nut on the other side and tap thethe bolt out.I normally leave the nut on to start it so the threads aren't boogered.

One of you say use an alan on the bolt. And the other says to tap from other side. I do appreciate the help but who is right? At least I'm getting the bolt name correct now "rear motor mount bolt" , thanks to 14black. And yes I'm about to send these back and get regular frame sliders. But it's hard for me to give up, I hate to lose.

Have you kicked its ass yet?I'll go to the dealer tomorrow so I can see what the other side looks like.If you can find the nut, remove it and tap the bolt out.

I will remove the nut again and knock the shit out of it tommorrow. I think I'll try to fuck it out. It'll probably hurt but the pain is much needed for all hell this has caused me. Or maybe 1badzx12r is right I'll weld the cock suckers on. Are American bikes this retarted. I've been reading the manual and it talks about the nut and bolt but not how to get it out. Jap bastards anyways. I should have know better after being stationed there for a year. They hate us and are laughing right now at me. Can you hear them?

So its the high tech bikes fault? Why not just sell it and go over to the dark side. Bolts are easy to get out of American bikes, they just fall out.

Maybe I should put this up to vote since there are different ideas?

1. Take nut off and hammer the bolt through.

2. Take nut off and use impact wrench on the bolt.

3. Throw bike down on the ground and drive over it ten to twenty times with my pickup.

Why doesn't someone else try to take their out. See if you can. I double dog dare you.

The frame is threaded and there is a threaded sleave that that bolt slides into. after you take that nut off of the left side of the bike then it is designed so that when you turn the allen end of it it takes all of the clearance out from between the engine and the sleeve which is then threaded into the frame so when it is set up right you have a solid structure. Take the nut off and drive the thing out hard with an extension or round bar of some sort. once disengage the end of the bolt from the sleave it will slide right out. Trust me, What could go wrong?

I just got back from the dealer.Take a flashlight and look in between the frame and motor on both sides. On the hex head side, you will see a sleeve as oof440 said. When removing engine this would need to be screwed in using the hex head and then torqued back when installation is done. You don't need this procedure, only a fyi. When the bolt comes out it will be apparent how it works. When you go to reinstall this bolt, you may have to spin the bolt a little to align it with the inner fitting. On the nut side,as I said before, there is a sleeve that just acts as a spacer. This may break your balls when reinstalling the bolt but if the tension from the other side is enough it will stay in place.Retorque to specs.

oof440,aliveagain,qwick, and anyone else that was trying to be helpful------------
THANK YOU SO FU...... MUCH I JUST GOT IT OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was how aliveagain has been telling me and oof also thanks. The one piece that was missing that I found in the manual and a guy from a different shop said today was after the nut is removed take the alan (8mm) and give the bolt head a slight turn to the right and that will release the bolt and sure as I'm a happy fu....er right now it came right out!!

Thanks again to all that were helpful, if we ever come in contact the beer is definately on me.

Back the garage I go and I will post pics.
