How is it done, and how often. [I don't have a workshop manual]

Easy if you want to empty your COOLER out, just dump all the melted ice in the grass and add more.
Seriously though....through the drain plug on the side of your bike and the hose Don't forget the resevoir too.

OK the radiator then. So there is no specific way to do this. Won't there be airlocks or something. I know with the busa you had to lean it to one side to get the air out!

What is engine ice. I don't think we get it here in SA. As far as I know, there is a company that sells staycool [water wetter]. Then we have a product called aquaclear, but it's not anti-freeze, it just protects against corrosion.

Somebody else might have different ways, but I did what I said. There wasn't a drop left. Then I put everything back and refilled with ENGINE ICE. I didn't have any problem with air. It's been 1 year now and it's good. I ofcourse had the radiator cap off with it running until the fluid got sucked back down then topped it off with more to the top. Put cap on and all was well.
Disclaimer: This is my process and all is well. What you do is your problem so don't blame me if anything goes wrong. But I don't see anything happening.
