New here!

Hey, been watching the site for at least a month or two.

Had actually registered at zx14.net first, but had questions about it, U guys proved my instincts.

Got a '96 zx-11 and an '06 zx-14. Both Black, Oh yeah!

Hey, what type of oil are you guys running? I was thinking of going w/ Royal Purple Max-Cycle 10 w 40.

Let me know.

If I could figure out how to take pics that are saved to my CPU and post, I certainly would. Can someone help me out w/ that?

Both of your bikes look great. Takes some work to keep black looking nice............especially over the long haul. Your 11 looks better kept than most 14's I've seen..........................................

Yeah, lowered front and rear.

Got Power Commander PCIII, flies removed this winter (have not done more than up and down the street with them out) and 40 shot of nitrous. Not to mention the muzzy pipe.

I have also done some chrome stuff over the winter that is not in the pix, like the Chainguard and the bolt holes in the frame where the swingarm and motor mount, as well as oil filler cap. Oh yeah fender eliminator, too.

Hi, does the eleven come off the ground easier than the fourteen with a roll on the throttle or what? tell your difference. Do you have a pipe on the eleven and if you do what kind?

I would say no way does the 11 come off the ground as easy as the 14. I can mash the throttle on my 11 and keep it pretty much on the ground. The 14 I have to ease into the throttle a lot more. They are probably similar in wheel base. The 11 feels like a big heavy bike (a hog) compared to the 14.

Remember, the 11 is like 40+ HP less than a 14 stock and weighs 50+ LBS. more.

No pipe, but I heard the vance and hines is a good one for cheap. The muzzy actually comes out the chain side which looks kinda awkward to me. Muzzy claims more HP coming out the chain side on this bike.

All around though, the 11 makes a great every day rider that is very comfortable. I would say that you sit more upright on it than a 14.

I love my 11, it attracts as much attention as my 14 b/c people never see them anymore.

Guys are always like " Does that have the 200 MPH Speedo? Then they are like WOW! when they see it does.

Welcome to the board, I only check in every once in a while. I am up in Ft. Wayne and have several buds that are running 14's down there. There are some tough bikes in your neighborhood. Hope to see you around, I run Muncie Dragway quite a bit. Oh, as far as oil, Castrol R4, full syn. cycle oil.
