on my second one
Well, the black '06 was nearly broken in at 960 miles, but I totaled it.
Insurance paid off and I am picking up a pearl black '07 this morning at ECC in Escondido, CA US.
Had to buy a second pair of Muzzy oval carbon cans and new gear head to toe.
The broken ribs are starting to heal enough to ride at four weeks.

Don't feel bad, so did I (1500 miles). I had a black one in May and totaled in July. Three broken fingers, broken shoulder blade, road rash..... Well enough to ride in September, I bought a blue one. Was able to re use my Muzzys full stainless and Power Commander USBIIIr.

...not a14, but my new 10R was totaled with 11 miles on the clock...broadsided by a looking-right-while-turning-left truck...broken shoulder, broken finger, broken Shoei...had nowhere to escape and barely uttered "oh shit" before I was separated from my sexy black 10-R.... ...ok, so what do I win?

Lowsided my 14 while being stupid.....dragging the pegs on purpose and hit the fairing - again.....but hard enough to send the bike away from me and broke my left clavicle in2 places. That was after 4 months and 8000 miles back in October.
I replaced on the lower left panel and fixed everything eles myself.......looked better - and that is when I decided to put on the turbo......
I hope to get another one to try a supercharger on :-)
