Got a preoblem with the clutch

Ok I just attempted to install my clutches. I added the racing springs from schnitzracing and now the clutch would not disenguage. So I took the longer, stiffer springs out and reinstalled the stock springs. Still had the same problem. I thought that it was becasue it was on the stand but when we put the bike on the ground, it stalls like somebody jumped off the cluth too fast. I need some advice!

Yup, if you have air in the system, the clutch will not disengauge.

Why would you have air in the system ?? You don't have to break the system to change the clutch so why would it get air in it??... I got my clutch from Schnit and had zero problems ..

the reason for the problem with the dissengaging part might be that the steels are not the right width, if you changed the steels kaw.. .offers 3 sizes 2.3, 2.6 or a 2.9 so you could have the wrong stack height.

All my steels from shnitz were 2.60 and the factory clutch had 1, 2.3 the rest were 2.60, i know someone is going to say why did u put them in? because thats what they sent and my other steels have been sanded and reused 3 times last year during the race season and they are warped, pulling 340lbs at 64 inches 9.90s at 138 mph with a 1.60 60ft will do that to clutches.

Bolt on extentions at 64 inches, front strapped, rearend up because the swingarm hits the fuel pump if i lower it, and yes i have the shock spring tight. thats it.

Yes the plates were stuck together from sitting, a few miles of up and down shifting fixed it, i guess changing the clutches in the winter and letting the bike sit will stick um.
