Breaking in zx14 in the winter

I have an 06 14 and got it dead in the winter and I need to break it in before the summer gets here. Is it better in the cold or the heat I do know that cold air is denser and packs in the cyls better and would this affect warm weather riding?

It would be a better idea, in my opinion, to get it well broken in in the colder months as running hot is not the best way to initially break it in. The downside is you might freeze off your dangly bits.

i have been told that in break in period give the bike couple of good stress before you finish riding and let the engine cool down completely, it will help the engine parts seal together better.

Fuck you Steve, I remember riding in Florida all year long but in the end, college graduation and the bugs drove me to the cold.

It's about 36 degrees here now and I don't feel like having cold bits between my legs.
