!0,000 mi on mine. I did have a leaking valve cover / fixed warranty.
Other than that no problems, other than its appetite for rear tires
Best bike I have ever owned, and that is a long list

I've got a black 07. Mine had 6 miles on it when I bought it. I now have over 1100 miles. My only problem was I heard a little knocking sound when it warmed up and while riding, but I read that it's normal and it will go away, it's where everything is settling in. Now mine only does it after it warms up, then after a few miles of riding, it goes away. Also it has gotten quieter. Other than that, I've really enjoyed my 14.

the bikes been out for awhile now, you may hear of a few problems but they should be fewer and fewer now, I've had no problems so far, can't seem to get any miles in due to the snow....

I've had no problems at all. No over heating or leaks. The best bike I've owned period on many levels. The most powerful bike you can by in a smooth, reliable, and good handling package. I think you'll find that Kawasaki has made virtually no changes to the '07 vs the '06. To me that speaks volumes about getting it right the first time on a first year model. There have been many claims about major problems, but most are retracted when questioned or asked for any type of evidence. Brand loyalty has a way of doing that. When the King is challenged there always are uprisings. The only issues that seem to have merit are lackings on the part of some dealers. These sometimes carry over to the brand, but most people can separate that.

Thank you guys for all your info,i will just get behind the cockpit when weather permits and after i get the break in miles on it i will ride it like i stole it.
I don't have a 14, but my experience with any bike is that if there are issues, you are gonna hear about them in a good forum like this.
Nothing pisses people off more than to spend their hard earned cash and have to deal with a problem (especially one that more than a couple people are experiencing) and the internet can be a very visible place to air problems.

This is very true. As an example, I learned about the tip-off sensor issue on this forum well before the local dealer knew anything about it. A day or two later I told them to check it in the 1000 km service anyway and they did it. The sensor was almost loose and had developed some fractures. It was only after some time when the sensor check was official in my neighbourhood.
