Good to hear you are on the Mend , Speedy recovery Hopes for you
that can help you , I am speaking from expereince 1. Eating for your blood type , thier is a book out there called Live right for your type written by Dr JD Adamo and his book were on Opras best selling list for years , Basicly they correct biological actions of the body and eliminate all Avoid grouped foods that have been scientifically proven to cause Disease and biological problems.
My parrents are both Diabetic and i have been following it for 7 years with really good results , it is not a "DIE-t" the benaficial and Nutural choises far out weight the Avoid group list . And i can stay fit and healty with out being restrictive and once i feel the results from eating benaficial food i dont even want the stuff out there that makes me feel like crap , its like trying to Burn old farm fuel in a zx14 drag race when you need highly benafical Race Gas .
2. is Qeva Elk Velvet Antler its prepared by freeze drying and then sent in to the Uof A for testing to make sure it is good to go , No drugs or chemicals are used to prepare this Anabolic Natural compound , i recomend reading about it here is a link.

http://www.royalelk.com/aboutvelvet.htm
I have been using it now and then like 3 times a year only for a month and within the first 4 days i used it my leg pressed jumped up 200lbs at the gym working weight and it felt like i was using the same weight , the good news is its very good for general health and healing it a very nice Antioxident as well , Enjoy and good luck.

good luck!, i have been worked on three times, lots of injections then trimmed the discs twice, finally fused them all together with some rods. it has been a year since then and i was doing pretty good but fell apart, said there is to much scare tissue, i am planning on going to mayo's after this summer.BUT!i go like crazy, throwing diesel heads and turbos around from , you guessed it 6.0 powerstrokes so my advice is if they push you, don,t do it, take it easy for atleast a year or so even though you will probably feel like superman
