Brock's customer service rocks!
I had ordered one of the first ceramic coated street megs from Brock's. Turns out there was a dime sized defect in the ceramic coating on the megaphone itself and some silk screen flaws on the badge. Aside from that, I had wanted to get the baffle end cap ceramic coated and made arrangements with EJ to send it in to have this done. Instead of removing the baffle I just sent in the entire megaphone.
THEY SENT ME BACK A RECOATED MEGAPHONE THAT WAS ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESS! I'm so impressed with these guys, they obviously know how to take care of their customers.

Wish every business was as committed as Brocks. His enthusiasm makes our sport even that much better.

he is grat to deal with .we have never had any promblem hell he even answers the phone how many company owner still do that

washing the bike found a spring gone, e-mailed brock, he sends me two replacements no charge, plus the bike runs OUTSTANDING, performance and service = brocks couldn't be happier
